BE FRIENDS HLDG announced plans to acquire 100% equity of Hangzhou Be Friends Education Technology Co., Ltd. for 180 million yuan. The acquisition will be conducted by its wholly-owned subsidiary Be Friends Preferred Technology Co., Ltd. The target company mainly provides live e-commerce and e-commerce operation training solutions, including online and offline courses and exclusive live e-commerce collaborations
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BE FRIENDS HLDG (01450) announced that on August 5, 2025 (after trading hours), the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, BE FRIENDS HLDG Preferred Technology Co., Ltd., intends to acquire 100% equity of Hangzhou BE FRIENDS Education Technology Co., Ltd. for a total consideration of RMB 180 million.
It is reported that the target group mainly engages in providing diversified live e-commerce and e-commerce operation training solutions for corporate and individual clients, offering online and offline courses as well as exclusive live e-commerce collaboration services
