BJ HEALTH subsidiary wins the bid for the elderly service center project in Guangde City, Anhui Province
BJ HEALTH's subsidiary, Wuxi Beikang Hongtai Elderly Care Service Co., Ltd., successfully won the bid for the elderly care service center project in Guangde City, Anhui Province. The project has a construction area of approximately 10,000 square meters and is designed to have about 290 beds, funded by the Guangde City government. The project is expected to take 16 months to prepare and aims to meet the elderly care needs in the Yangtze River Delta region. After winning the bid, the number of care institutions under the group increased to 9, with a total of 2,138 beds
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BJ HEALTH (02389) announced that on July 30, 2025, its subsidiary Wuxi Beikang Hongtai Elderly Care Service Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the elderly care service center project in Guangde City, Anhui Province through public bidding.
The project has a total construction area of approximately 10,000 square meters, with a total designed bed capacity of about 290 beds. The project is funded and constructed by the Guangde City government in Anhui Province, while the group is responsible for providing professional health care furniture and equipment as well as subsequent operational management. The total preparation time for the project is expected to be about 16 months.
In 2024, Anhui Province will position Guangde City as a pilot area for the Yangtze River Delta (Anhui) ecological green health care base and one of the first national forest health care bases, striving to create a health care city for all ages. The Guangde elderly care project is located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta and will meet the aging health care needs from surrounding major cities such as Shanghai and Nanjing in the future.
With the successful bid for the Guangde elderly care project, the number of health care institutions under the group has increased to 9, with a total bed capacity rising to 2,138 beds
