Shenyang Branch, confirming Liaoning Post and Telecommunications as the winning bidder for the "Shenyang Company's 2025 Artificial Intelligence Computing Center Project in Heping District." The transaction amount is 164 million yuan and 177 million yuan. This winning project belongs to the company's main business. If Liaoning Post and Telecommunications can sign a formal project contract and implement it smoothly, it will have a positive impact on the company's future operating performance, help further enhance the company's market competitiveness, and align with the company's long-term development strategy and the interests of all shareholders
