VEEKO INT'L's subsidiary Colourmix renews lease for the Urban Renewal Authority store for three years
VEEKO INT'L's wholly-owned subsidiary, Calamei Cosmetics Co., Ltd., has signed a lease agreement with the Urban Renewal Authority to renew the lease of the Colourmix store for three years, from April 21, 2025, to April 20, 2028. The store has been in operation for over seventeen years, and the board believes that continuing operations will bring stable income to the group
According to the announcement from VEEKO INT'L (01173), on August 6, 2025 (after trading hours), the retailer Colourmix Cosmetics Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a lease agreement. According to this agreement, if the lease agreement is countersigned by the owner, the Urban Redevelopment Authority will grant the retailer a lease for the store to retail cosmetics, skincare products, and related accessories under the "Colourmix" brand, with a term from April 21, 2025, to April 20, 2028, lasting three years.
The announcement stated that the group has been operating retail business for cosmetics, skincare products, and related accessories at this store for over seventeen years. The directors believe that operating a cosmetics store at this location will continue to bring stable income to the group
