INT MEDICAL invests up to 110 million RMB in a joint venture

INT MEDICAL (01501.HK) announced related transactions and established a limited partnership - HuaiGe GuangTai Fund with HuaiGe Health and other limited partners, with the main goal of achieving investment returns through equity investments in companies in the medical device sector. The total investment amount is expected to not exceed 350 million RMB, of which the company, as a limited partner, will contribute no more than 110 million RMB
