ALLIED GROUP's offer to acquire DRAGON MINING received only 0.34% valid acceptance

ALLIED GROUP (00373.HK) and DRAGON MINING (01712.HK) jointly announced that as of the offer deadline (August 8), ALLIED GROUP received valid acceptances for a total of 531,500 shares of DRAGON MINING, accounting for 0.34% of DRAGON MINING's total share capital. Since the acceptance conditions have not been met (i.e., resulting in the offeror and its concert parties holding more than 50% of the voting rights of DRAGON MINING), the offer has not become unconditional and has lapsed on the same day
