Vanward announced that its indirect controlling shareholder, Vanward Group, plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 7.4151 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding from September 3, 2025, to December 2, 2025, due to its own funding arrangements. As of the announcement date, Vanward Group holds 58.236 million shares of the company, accounting for 7.8537% of the company's total share capital
