Yorhe announced that the share transfer agreement and related agreements signed by the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Cao Deli, with Hangzhou Runfeng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. are invalid from the beginning and automatically terminated due to Hangzhou Runfeng's failure to pay the first installment of the share transfer payment within the agreed timeframe. This termination will not lead to a change in the company's control, and Cao Deli remains the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
