Kaierda: Shareholders inquire about the transfer of 5% of the company's shares
Kaierda announced that its shareholder Yaskawa Electric Corporation reduced its holdings by transferring 5,492,900 shares through an inquiry transfer, accounting for 5.00% of the company's total share capital, with the transfer price set at 29.00 yuan per share. After the transfer, Yaskawa Electric Corporation's shareholding in the company decreased from 13.75% to 8.75%
