Yanlord Land back in the black with H1 net profit of 379.2 million yuan

Yanlord Land reported a net profit of 379.2 million yuan for H1 2025, recovering from a net loss of 486 million yuan in the previous year. Revenue fell 53.5% to 9.3 billion yuan, with property development income down 59.9% to seven billion yuan. Earnings per share improved to S$0.1963 from a loss of S$0.2516. No dividend was declared. Chairman Zhong Sheng Jian noted a decline in China's property investment but indicated early signs of market stabilization. Shares closed flat at S$0.585.
