BOLEX: Li Xiaohan resigns as the company's board secretary and deputy general manager
On August 15th, BOLEX announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from the company's board secretary and deputy general manager, Li Xiaohan. Li Xiaohan applied to resign from the positions of board secretary and deputy general manager due to personal career planning reasons. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, Li Xiaohan's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. After resigning from the positions of board secretary and deputy general manager, Li Xiaohan will not hold any position in the company
