GIFORE announced that the company's control has changed. Recently, Chairman Huang Lei, Vice Chairman Wang Huijun, Directors Tang Yong, Chen Tao, Zhang Yiwen, Independent Directors Liu Shuibing, Du Jinmin, and Liao Zhen submitted written resignation reports.
