TIELIU: Provides a guarantee of 20 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary

On August 19, 2025, TIELIU signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with Hangzhou Bank to provide a joint liability guarantee of no more than 20 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary Geiger New Energy Co., Ltd., without counter-guarantee. As of the announcement date, the actual guarantee balance provided to it reached 30 million yuan. The company conducted this guarantee within the authorized scope approved in the previous period, without the need for another meeting for review. As of March 31, 2025, Geiger New Energy's asset-liability ratio exceeded 99%. As of the announcement disclosure date, the total guarantee amount for the subsidiary was 261.0182 million yuan, accounting for 15.50% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees
