JUNHE: Plans to terminate fundraising projects, with surplus funds to be used for liquidity pending shareholder meeting approval

On August 20, 2025, the eighth meeting of the fifth board of directors of JUNHE Pump Industry Co., Ltd. reviewed and approved a proposal to terminate the "Commercial Professional Pump Industrialization Project" and permanently supplement the remaining raised funds into working capital. This proposal still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting. In 2021, the company conducted a private placement of shares, raising a net amount of 512 million yuan. As of June 30, 2025, a total of 486 million yuan had been invested in the fundraising project, with a progress of 94.94%. The reasons for termination include the full release of existing production capacity, the layout of overseas production bases in Thailand, and industry growth falling short of expectations
