ZYY: Li Xinpei has been appointed as the authorized representative
ZYY announced that Huang Guoxin has resigned as the co-company secretary and authorized representative, effective from August 20, 2025. Li Xinpei continues to serve as the company secretary and has been appointed as the authorized representative and legal process document agent. After the change, the authorized representatives are Zhang Junshen and Li Xinpei
According to the announcement from ZYY (08223), Mr. Huang Guoxin has resigned as the company's co-secretary, authorized representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and authorized representative for receiving legal documents or notifications on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and Rule 24.05(2) of the GEM Listing Rules, effective from August 20, 2025.
Following Mr. Huang Guoxin's resignation, the current company secretary, Ms. Li Xinpei, will continue to serve as the company secretary, and Ms. Li Xinpei has been appointed as the authorized representative and legal document agent, effective from August 20, 2025. After the change, the authorized representatives will be Mr. Zhang Junshen and Ms. Li Xinpei
