JHS: Gaode Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%
JHS announced that Gaode Investment Co., Ltd. holds 31.0357 million shares of the company, accounting for 17.32%; it plans to reduce its holdings from September 11, 2025, to December 10, 2025, by no more than 1.792 million shares through centralized bidding and no more than 3.584 million shares through block trading, totaling no more than 5.376 million shares, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 3%; during any consecutive 90 days of centralized bidding, the reduction shall not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital, and during any consecutive 90 days of block trading, it shall not exceed 2%
