From September 6, 2024, to July 23, 2025, a total of 1.7128 million shares were repurchased, accounting for 0.89% of the total share capital, with the highest transaction price at 17.3 yuan/share and the lowest transaction price at 14.11 yuan/share, totaling 26.6928 million yuan. The repurchase amount has reached the lower limit of the total funds specified in the repurchase plan and does not exceed the upper limit.
