Jiangshan Oupai: Sold two vehicles for a total price of 1 million yuan

Jiangshan Oupai announced that the company plans to sell two vehicles to a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, Wang Zhong, for a total transfer price of RMB 1 million. The vehicles are of the brands and models Mercedes-Benz WDCYC6AH and Toyota WDCYC6AH, with a total original value of RMB 3.6049 million, and a book net value of RMB 177,600 as of the end of July 2025. This transaction is beneficial for optimizing resource allocation, improving asset management efficiency, and is expected to generate some asset disposal gains, which will have a certain positive impact on the company's profits
