YTY: Application for issuance of shares to specific objects accepted by Shenzhen Stock Exchange
On the evening of August 21, YTY announced that it had received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to specific targets. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of shares to specific targets, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them. The company's issuance of shares to specific targets is still subject to review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and must obtain approval for registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented
