ISDN HOLDINGS issued 4.8119 million shares under the scrip dividend scheme
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ISDN HOLDINGS announced that 4.8119 million new ordinary shares have been allocated and issued to shareholders who have chosen to participate in the proposed scrip dividend scheme. Among the 4.8119 million new shares, 2.6268 million shares were allocated and issued to Singapore shareholders as new shares, and 2.1851 million new shares were allocated and issued to Hong Kong shareholders
