RTXC: Plans to acquire 8.8556% equity in Huarong Chemical for 215 million yuan

RTXC announced that its controlling subsidiary, Huarong Chemical, intends to acquire the equity of all individual shareholders through cash payment and will legally cancel that portion of equity after the acquisition is completed. The total equity held by 27 individual shareholders amounts to 16.4625 million shares, accounting for 8.8556% of Huarong Chemical's total shares. According to the asset appraisal report issued by Jiangsu Zhongqi Huazhong Tian Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd., the assessed value of the 8.8556% equity held by individual shareholders as of the appraisal benchmark date is 215 million yuan. The total acquisition amount is 215 million yuan, and after the equity cancellation, Huarong Chemical's registered capital will decrease from 186 million yuan to 169 million yuan. The company's shareholding ratio in Huarong Chemical will increase from 91.1444% to 100%, making Huarong Chemical a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company
