    RTXC: Plans to acquire 8.8556% equity in Huarong Chemical for 215 million yuan

    RTXC announced that its controlling subsidiary, Huarong Chemical, plans to acquire 8.8556% equity held by 27 individual shareholders for 215 million yuan.
