Jilin Expressway announced that its holding subsidiary, Jilin Kewi Transportation Engineering Co., Ltd., won the bid for the "Jilin Province Expressway Video Monitoring Optimization and Transmission System Access Layer Upgrade and Reconstruction Project JD01 Section" through public bidding, with a bid price of 112 million yuan and a construction period of 437 calendar days. The project tenderer is Jilin Province Expressway Group Co., Ltd., and this transaction constitutes a related party transaction. The successful implementation of the project will have a positive impact on the company's future operational development
