AJ GROUP: The controlling shareholder has released the pledge on 25 million shares

On August 25, 2025, AJ GROUP announced that its controlling shareholder Junyao Group completed the release of 25 million shares from pledge on August 22, accounting for 5.17% of its held shares and 1.57% of the company's total share capital. After the release of the pledge, Junyao Group has a total of 334,063,981 shares pledged, accounting for 69.12% of its held shares and 20.97% of the company's total share capital
