Huazhijie announced that the company plans to act as a limited partner and contribute RMB 10 million of its own funds to invest in Shanghai Yinbo Iteration Silicon-based Venture Capital Partnership. The total scale of this industrial fund is planned to raise RMB 300 million, with the company holding a 3.33% share. This investment aims to promote the company's strategic development and investment layout in cutting-edge fields such as embodied intelligence, and does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring matter
