According to the announcement from NAMESON HLDGS (01982), PricewaterhouseCoopers will resign as the company's auditor at the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on September 29, 2025, and will not be re-elected due to the failure to reach a consensus on the proposed auditor's remuneration for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
Based on the assessment results and the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors resolved to propose the appointment of KPMG as the company's auditor after the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers, with a term starting from the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders, subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting
