KAISA PROSPER announced its mid-term results for 2025, with revenue of approximately 822 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 8.5%; gross profit of approximately 204 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 20.2%; profit attributable to owners of the company of 47.821 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.84%; and earnings per share of 0.31 yuan. The total revenue from property management services was approximately 695 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 1.8%. The improvement in performance was mainly due to the provision for losses on accounts receivable and a reduction in administrative expenses. The group's property management services cover 20 provinces and 77 cities in China, with a total managed building area of 99.9 million square meters

Among them, the total revenue from property management services was approximately 695 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 1.8%. This decrease was mainly due to the company's strategic exit from underperforming projects, resulting in a corresponding reduction in managed area.
The total revenue from value-added services to owners was approximately 80.3 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 5.3%. This decrease was mainly due to sluggish consumer spending and intensified industry competition in the market environment. Revenue from non-owner value-added services decreased by approximately 55.6% to 47 million yuan year-on-year.
The announcement stated that the improvement in performance was mainly due to a reduction in the provision for losses on receivables from related parties and administrative expenses compared to the same period in 2024.
As of June 30, 2025, the group's property management services covered 77 cities across 20 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, with a total managed building area of 99.9 million square meters and a total of 707 managed properties, including 334 residential communities and 373 non-residential properties. The property types are diversified, and the company aims to accelerate the development of public urban services and transform into a comprehensive management service provider
