PROSPEROUSPRINT issued a profit warning, expecting a net loss attributable to shareholders of no less than HKD 26.4 million in the first half of 2025, an improvement compared to approximately HKD 29 million in the first half of 2024. The company's revenue is expected to decline from approximately HKD 43.5 million in the first half of 2024 to about HKD 1.2 million in the first half of 2025, mainly due to the closure of the Shenzhen factory and the delay in obtaining printing licenses for the Huizhou factory, as well as increased financing costs.
