INSIGMA: Wangxin Group plans to reduce its holdings by 0.97%

INSIGMA announced that its shareholder Zhejiang INSIGMA Group Co., Ltd. holds 74.7488 million shares, accounting for 7.27%; it plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 10 million shares through centralized bidding from September 18, 2025, to December 17, 2025, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 0.97%. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price at that time
