SHAREATE announced that in the first half of 2025, operating revenue reached 1.14 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 28.97%. Net profit was 101 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.88%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.4 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, based on the total share capital after deducting the number of shares in the company's repurchase special securities account as of the record date for the equity distribution, with a total cash dividend distribution expected to be 10.0719 million yuan
