Zongshen Power announced that director Hu Xianyuan, who holds 235,400 shares, intends to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 58,844 shares through centralized bidding within three months from the 15 trading days after the announcement date, specifically from September 19, 2025, to December 18, 2025. The reduction price will be determined according to the market price at that time
