The loss attributable to the parent company owners was 233 million yuan, a year-on-year narrowing of 88.5%; basic loss per share was 0.06 yuan. Revenue from property development and sales was approximately 6.16 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 61.9%, mainly due to a reduction in the number of completed and delivered property projects

As of this period, revenue generated from property development and sales was approximately RMB 6.161 billion, a year-on-year decrease of about 61.9%. The decrease in the group's property development and sales revenue was mainly attributed to a reduction in the number of completed and delivered property projects during this period, which led to a decrease in the total delivered floor area of the group
