Gross profit was approximately HKD 50.19 million, a year-on-year decrease of 24.3%. The significant decrease in gross profit was mainly due to weak demand in the real estate and construction industries in mainland China and Hong Kong, as well as intense competition in the paint and coatings industry, leading to a 29.3% decline in sales
