Revenue was HKD 225 million, a decrease of 36.98% year-on-year. The decrease in revenue during the reporting period was mainly due to several dust collector projects still under construction, which have not yet reached the revenue recognition stage. Revenue from environmental protection equipment products accounted for approximately 98.94% of total revenue
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TENGY ENV (01527) released its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HKD 225 million, a year-on-year decrease of 36.98%; profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 15.843 million, a year-on-year increase of 7.21%; basic earnings per share were HKD 0.12.
The announcement stated that the revenue during the reporting period was mainly due to the completion of two large dust collector projects. The decrease in revenue during the reporting period was primarily because, as of June 30, 2025, several dust collector projects were still under construction and had not yet reached the revenue recognition stage. Revenue generated from the group's environmental protection equipment products accounted for approximately 98.94% of total revenue. Depending on customer specifications and requirements, the group can provide a complete set of air pollution control devices for new installation projects or upgrade or retrofit projects, including dust collectors, desulfurization systems, and/or denitrification systems, or provide only one of the aforementioned air pollution control devices. Most of the group's environmental protection equipment contracts are related to the manufacture, installation, and sale of electrostatic dust collectors
