SPEEDY GLOBAL recommends appointing ShineWing (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the new auditor
SPEEDY GLOBAL announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers has resigned as auditor, effective from August 29, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors proposed to appoint Crowe (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the new auditor, subject to approval at a special general meeting of shareholders, with a term ending at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders
According to the announcement from XunJie Global Holdings (00540), PricewaterhouseCoopers has resigned as the auditor, effective from August 29, 2025.
Following the recommendation of the audit committee and in accordance with Article 29.2 of the company's articles of association, the board of directors has proposed the appointment of ShineWing (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers, with a term lasting until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
