LANDSEA LIFE released its mid-term performance for 2025, with revenue of RMB 390 million, a year-on-year decrease of 0.3%; profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 1.701 million, a year-on-year decrease of 84.7%; basic earnings per share were RMB 0.44. The decrease in revenue during the period was mainly due to the company's efforts to enhance the marketization level of property management, reducing reliance on the real estate business, which led to a decline in non-owner value-added service income. As of June 30, 2025, the group's contracted construction area was approximately 33.06 million square meters, and the managed construction area was approximately 28.79 million square meters, an increase of about 0.6% compared to December 31, 2024
