According to the announcement from LAI GROUP (08455), Ms. Lu Lizhen has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to her other personal and official commitments, effective from August 29, 2025. Following Ms. Lu's resignation as an independent non-executive director, she will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee, the chairman of the company's remuneration committee, or a member of the company's nomination committee. After her resignation, Ms. Lu will no longer hold any position within the group.
