According to GTCL, on August 29th, GTCL officially signed a purchase agreement with Guangxi Lisheng Tourism Development Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Scenic Area Tong Tourism Development Co., Ltd. to acquire 100% equity of the two companies. This acquisition is a key measure for GTCL to deepen its smart tourism layout and strengthen industry chain collaboration, marking an important step in its digital service and holistic tourism ecosystem construction
