INMT announced that the company repurchased and canceled shares held by its controlling shareholder Shandong Innovation Group Co., Ltd., actual controller Cui Lixin, and his concerted actors Yang Aimei, Geng Hongyu, and Wang Wei, based on the performance commitment compensation plan for major asset restructuring. This equity change resulted in the shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and its concerted actors decreasing from 54.11% to 49.81%, a change of 4.29%. Meanwhile, the shareholding ratio of the company's shareholder Beijing Hualian Group Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and its concerted actor Beijing Hualian Department Store Co., Ltd. passively increased from 4.81% to 5.26% while maintaining the same number of shares held.
