D&G TECH (01301.HK) announced that, effective September 1 (today), Yang Zijie has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, member of the Risk Management Committee, and Authorized Representative; Huo Weishun has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director and has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative, and will no longer serve as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Compensation Committee
