Jinchuan International delays the publication of interim results and continues to suspend trading

Jinchuan International (02362.HK) stated that the independent investigation is still ongoing, and the full-year results for 2024 will be published as soon as practicable after the investigation is completed. Due to the ongoing preparation and publication of the full-year results for 2024, the company will delay the announcement of the interim results for the period ending June 30, 2025.

The company's shares have been suspended from trading on the Stock Exchange since March 28, 2025, and will remain suspended until further notice
