JINNENG: Independent director Gao Yongfeng has applied for resignation due to personal reasons

On September 3, 2025, JINNENG Technology Co., Ltd. announced that the board of directors recently received a resignation letter from independent director Gao Yongfeng. Gao Yongfeng applied to resign from the position of independent director of the company's fifth board of directors and related duties for personal reasons, and will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation. His resignation will take effect from the date when the company's shareholders' meeting elects a new independent director, with the original term set to end on April 7, 2027. This departure will not reduce the number of board members below the legal minimum, and Gao Yongfeng will continue to perform his duties until a new independent director is elected
