AIRBLUER: The company holds a 5.9076% stake in Zhonghao Yingxin and plans to increase it to 9.7346%
AIRBLUER stated on the interactive platform that, according to business information, the company currently holds 5.9076% equity in Zhonghao Yingxin. On September 1, 2025, the company will hold the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 to review and approve the proposal on acquiring part of the equity of the associated company and increasing its capital, as well as the related party transactions. After the completion of this transaction, Xingluo Zhonghao's equity ratio in Zhonghao Xinying will increase from 5.9076% to 9.7346%
