According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BAOTI (600456.SH) stated that as of September 4, 2025, the company's controlling shareholder, BAOTI Group, has cumulatively increased its holdings by 4.7958 million A-shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding, accounting for 1.004% of the company's total share capital, with the corresponding increase amounting to 146 million yuan (excluding transaction fees). This increase plan has not yet been fully implemented, and BAOTI Group will continue to increase its holdings of the company's shares at opportune times according to this increase plan
