Chipown announced that the company has received a cash consideration of RMB 13.5867 million for the equity transfer from Xilian Integrated Payment, and the share consideration of 30.2673 million shares of Xilian Integrated stock has been registered. The related matters of this equity transfer have been completed. Chipown intends to sell 1.6667% of its equity in Xilian Yuezhou Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to Xilian Integrated at a transfer price of RMB 136 million, of which the consideration amount paid through the issuance of shares is RMB 122 million, and the consideration amount paid in cash is RMB 13.5867 million
