YE XING GROUP: Zhang Chunying appointed as co-company secretary
YE XING GROUP announced that Ms. Wu Xiuwai has resigned from the position of company secretary and related duties due to a job transfer, effective September 5, 2025. Ms. Zhang Chunying has been appointed as co-company secretary, and Mr. Zeng Zhikang has also been appointed as another co-company secretary and legal process agent, both effective from the same date
According to the announcement from YE XING GROUP (01941), Ms. Wu Xiuwai has resigned from her positions as the company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notifications on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as stipulated in Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) due to a job transfer, effective September 5, 2025.
Ms. Zhang Chunying has been appointed as the co-company secretary of the company; Mr. Zeng Zhikang has been appointed as another co-company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, all effective September 5, 2025
