ZHONGLIANG HLDG (02772.HK) announced that in August, the total contract sales amount, including joint ventures and associates, was RMB 960 million, a year-on-year decrease of 26.2%; the contract sales area was approximately 96,000 square meters. The average selling price was RMB 9,900 per square meter.

In the first eight months, the cumulative contract sales amount was RMB 8.29 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 32.7%; the sales area involved was 790,000 square meters. The average contract sales price was RMB 10,500 per square meter
