TOP SPRING: The loss attributable to shareholders for the first half of the year has been revised to HKD 625.5 million

TOP SPRING (03688.HK) announced that for the six months ended June 30, 2025, the loss attributable to equity shareholders and holders of perpetual subordinated convertible securities was approximately HKD 625.5 million (compared to approximately HKD 539.2 million in the same period last year).

In the first half of this year, the basic and diluted loss per share attributable to equity shareholders and holders of perpetual convertible securities was approximately HKD 0.409 and HKD 0.409, respectively (compared to HKD 0.353 and HKD 0.353 for the same period last year).

In the first half of this year, the net asset value per share attributable to equity shareholders and holders of perpetual convertible securities was approximately HKD 3.7 (compared to approximately HKD 4 in the same period last year)
