ADD: Establishing a holding subsidiary with a 60% stake

ADD announced that the company, together with Dong Bo, has jointly invested to establish Shenzhen Feibosen Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of Feibosen is RMB 10 million, of which ADD has subscribed to contribute RMB 6 million, accounting for 60% of the registered capital; Dong Bo has subscribed to contribute RMB 4 million, accounting for 40% of the registered capital. Feibosen will focus on the research and development of flexible tactile sensing technology for robots and related product manufacturing, to accelerate the company's strategic layout in embodied intelligence and industrial fields. This investment will help expand new profit growth points, enhance market competitiveness and profitability, and align with the company's development strategy and planning
