S.P.I Landscape Design consortium wins the bid for the design general contracting project of Anhui Benggu 7th plot development project

Recently, S.P.I Landscape Design, in collaboration with Nanjing Second Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., won the bid for the general contracting design project of the Bengua No. 7 land development project. The project is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Bengbu City, Anhui Province, covering an area of approximately 68,000 square meters, of which residential land accounts for about 51,000 square meters, and the entrusted green space and park account for about 17,000 square meters. The general contracting design provides integrated design services throughout the entire process, covering all professional deepening content including scheme design, landscape design, and construction drawing design
